a luxurious experience

huge room high ceilings river view quiet space
the room was huge with very high ceilings and the decorations made it warm. i could see the river from the giant windows. despite a busy road nearby, it was a very quiet space. it was also a short walk to various restaurants and shops.
I requested housekeeping by putting the notice on the door. the bed was not made. The shower gel had run out and was not replaced.

i loved the helpful host and the attractive decorations throughout the building. the river view from my room was just lovely. the kitchenette was very handy and provided everything i needed for a comfortable stay.
my only slight issue was the reliance on alexa for communication as it sometimes struggled to understand my questions. it was convenient at times, but a human touch would have been appreciated. the hotel is also a bit further from the city center

a romantic getaway

tasteful furnishing soft bed easy shower charming place
this charming place just oozed history, and imagining all the people who stayed throughout the years was so much fun. the owner gave us a tour, showing us the penthouse suite.. it was evident how proud he is of the building. the furnishings were tasteful. the shower was easy to use, with perfect water temperature. the bed was soft. we only stayed one night, but i would have loved to stay longer.
i found that communication was with alexa. alexa sometimes didn't understand my questions.
